New commercial clients receive their first exterior wash at no cost, up to 1,500 square feet. All we ask is that you commit to a monthly or quarterly maintenance plan, so your property never slips back into dirty, unsafe, or uninviting. With flat-rate billing, you’ll know exactly what to expect each cycle, and our priority scheduling ensures your business gets serviced when you need it. Every contract includes our Commercial Care Guarantee: if your property doesn’t look spotless after a wash, we’ll re-clean it at no additional cost. Beyond appearances, regular washing reduces slip-and-fall risks in entryways and high-traffic areas, protecting both your brand image and liability exposure.
Cancellation Policy:
Maintenance contracts are billed in advance.
If cancelled early, any discounted or free services (including the initial free wash) will be billed at standard rates ($525 per 1,500 sq. ft.). We do NOT schedule washes Dec. - Feb.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.
No refunds for partial billing cycles.
